In this Oakley project featuring world champion surfer Italo Ferreira, the goal was to capture the raw emotion, intensity, and energy of his story through sound. The film explores not only his achievements in the water but also the mindset and passion that fuel his journey. Sound played a critical role in immersing viewers into his world — from the roaring ocean to the subtle emotional tones behind his voice.

As the sound designer and audio artist, I was responsible for crafting the entire sonic landscape of the film. Tools used include:
Pro Tools – for editing, mixing, and mastering audio
iZotope RX – for cleaning and enhancing recorded dialogue and natural sounds
Ableton Live – for designing rhythmic sound layers and musical transitions
Soundtoys & FabFilter plugins – for creative sound design and precision audio sculpting
